Hi Magen, Adele is wonderful.I took her to the vet last Wednesday and she checked out perfectly. She has her next appointment in two weeks. She is getting bigger and more adventurous by the day. I'll send more pictures soon. Thanks for everything :)

She is a whopping 70 lbs now and has really grown into herself. With each passing day she becomes more 'snuggly'. She is so strong too! When I'm studying and she wants to play, she will practically pull me off the couch with her toy. She hides bones in various corners of the house and in the couch, well within sight for even a blind person :). Sometimes Brian and I will catch her sleeping with all four legs in the air, it cracks us up every time. Her favorite show is Grizzly Man Diaries and her favorite toy is a red ball. She has all her adult teeth and thankfully they are not as sharp as the baby ones :) . We love her with all our heart and are so thankful that you let her be a part of our family.

Hi there. We got home about 4 pm. We love him already. He's so darn cute!!! The ride home was good. He didnt get sick at all. Thanks for letting us get him and we will keep in touch and send pics as he grows.

Hi Magen, We made it home just fine! Lucy is wonderful, she is still exploring the house and the backyard gently. We took her to the vet yesterday and he said that she is fine and did the last deworming, thank for reminding me. We love her a LOT!

Hi Magen, We are all well. hurricane Irene wasn't too bad. When we took Charlie out to go to the bathroom and he was trying to jump around and roll in all the puddles! Needless to say we came into the house soaked :) Charlie is teething. The kids actually found a tooth and brought it to me.

So far, so good with Lemmy. We made it home and showed him his new digs. He's a little snuggle bunny. Loves attention and being near people. It's like 90 degrees, so we went in the pool. He immediately came over and jumped in my lap while I was seated on the steps (about 1 foot deep). He just sat there and enjoyed the water. We didn't keep him in there very long. Then he chased Max around for a while. Now he is tuckered out, sleeping in the grass. I think he likes it here!

He's such a good boy. I took him to Petco to get groomed last week, and the groomer asked if we planned on showing him because he is so handsome. But obviously we're not. Funny story. I was swimming laps in the pool for exercise last week and I must have looked like I was struggling because Lemmy started running up and down the length of the pool barking like crazy. I guess other dogs in the neighborhood heard a dog in distress because they all started going crazy. Finally he decided to jump in the pool to try and "save" me. So I wound up having to usher him to the steps so he could get out of the pool. It was funny.

After the airplane ride, Ryker got lots of love and attention from all of the people we had out at the airport. She has done a great job on day #1 of potty training, two poops and numerous pees outside - no accidents yet!!! She is such a sweetheart - I have trouble getting her pic because she always has to be at my feet. She did great with Kimberly, no jumping or biting yet. She seems to enjoy all of her toys and chews and bones - she ate quite a good supper, too! I know she misses you guys though, she does whine a little at times. Overall, we have had a great day! I enclosed just a couple of pics.

Good afternoon, We took Ryker to the vet and had her 9 week shots, she weighed about 11lb at the time. :-) Vet said everything looks great, and she has nice tight feeling hips - good sounding heart and lungs. I have been trying to get pictures of my daughter Kimberly and Ryker, but they are both always on the move!!! I will attach a couple I have managed to take. Everything is going well here, I am under the impression that Ryker is brilliant. She already whines when she needs to go outside. She is picking up words, i.e. "go outside," "come" and "sit." We are going to start puppy class on Thursday, I am so excited! Talk to you guys soon!

Ryker is doing very, very well. I am convinced that she is the smartest dog on the planet!! :-) Puppy classes are going great, I had tears in my eyes when I first saw Lemmy. I knew immediately that they were related! They were SOOO happy to see each other again! We are trying to plan it so we do advanced training together, also.

So new with Ryker - she is getting HUGE and is about to start formal obedience training within the next month. We're also going to get her spayed the beginning of November. She is very protective of Kimmy and I already, although we haven't done any formal protection training etc. We play in the front yard together, and she is always vocal with new people until it is obvious we're comfortable, then she is very accepting of new people. I did/do a lot of socialization with her, so I imagine that helped.

Ryker is doing very, very well. She healed really well after her spaying surgery. My camera died after Christmas. So,I've been unable to take any super good pics of her. What I’m attaching I did with my iPhone. Please look for better pics to follow soon.

Ryker started beginner obedience last Saturday!!! She/we are having so much fun! We’ll work on getting Ryker her CGC certificate once we get past this class and into intermediate. She is such a smart girl.. They tried to use her as an example of how to train a dog not to pull on their leash – they setup one lady with treats and the other holding Ryker’s leash. She didn’t give a fig about the food – she just wanted to get back to mommy!! She is such a good girl.
