This questionnaire is the first part of our screening process and to some it might seem intrusive, but please realize it is our right and responsibility as good breeders to ask you, the potential buyer, these questions. By asking these questions we are, first and foremost, trying to learn more about you, your experience level, what your plans are for a puppy, the kind of environment one of our puppies might be going to, etc. 

No information from this questionnaire will be sold or used in any other way. 

By submitting this this questionnaire, is in no way a commitment on your part to purchase a puppy from us, or on our part to place a puppy in your home. You are also acknowledging that the information entered is true and correct.

You must complete this questionnaire before you will even be considered for one of our puppies. We will not sell puppies to people we know nothing about!
