A $300 deposit required to hold a puppy. We will not hold a puppy without a deposit. All deposits placed are transferrable, but NON-REFUNDABLE.  We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person at any time. 

vom Heinolf reserves the right of first selection in every litter. We allow buyers to provide us with input in choosing the puppy they like best. However, we have the final say in which puppy is placed in what home. We know best the temperaments of the puppies as we are there with them from day one. Picking a puppy based on a picture or looks is not the best way to choose a puppy that will be at your home for the remainder of his/her life. Also, there is simply no way a buyer can can know which puppy would be the best for them by only spending a few minutes with then.

All puppies are sold with LIMITED REGISTRATION. We sell our puppies with two agreements, the non-breeding and breeding agreement. The non-breeding agreement requires spay/neuter by 12 months of age and proof given. The breeding agreement requires the final OFA x-rays of hips/elbows at 2 years of age and proof of passing ratings given. Passing ratings are "EXCELLENT", "GOOD" and "FAIR" for hips and "NORMAL" for elbows. When these conditions are met vom Heinolf will reverse the registration to full. The AKC application processing fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Breeding mate must be approved by vom Heinolf.

Puppies will come with: AKC limited registration certificate, puppy health record, puppy contract, health, hip and elbow guarantee, pictures of puppy, parents information, pictures and pedigrees, copies of parents health clearances and registrations, small toy, small baggy of food puppy has been eating and lifetime breeder support.

Puppies will have been dewormed at least 3 times, given their first "5" way shot at 7 weeks and veterinary checked before going to their new homes. 

Shipping is not preferred, but we are willing to at buyers expense.
